Fröslida

Fröslida wind farm is owned and has been developed by Arise. It is located approximately 15 km southwest of Hyltebruk and 7 km south of Torup in Halland County. The area consists mainly of coniferous forest, mainly spruce, as well as larger clearcuts.

Fröslida consists of 9 wind turbines and is estimated to produce an average of 55.4 GWh per year, which corresponds to the annual household electricity consumption of approximately 11,000 houses. The grid connection is made through underground cable to the substation in Häradsbo. Arise is responsible for the technical, financial and commercial management of the wind farm.

Nearby the wind farm are also Bohult and Ryssbol wind farms, which are also managed by Arise. The wind farms share some infrastructure, which enables efficient coordination of grid connection and operation.
