1. Scope of the privacy policy

1.1 Below, it is described how Arise AB, reg. no. 556274-6726, with the address Linjegatan 7, SE-302 50 Halmstad, Sweden, (“Arise”, “us” or “we”), processes personal data.

1.2 The protection of privacy is an issue that we priorities. It is therefore important for us to protect your personal data and ensure that our processing of this data is conducted in a proper and lawful manner. 

1.3 In this privacy policy, we explain which types of personal data we may process about you and for what purpose we process the data. We also detail our processing of personal data as well as what choices and rights you have in relation to such processing. We kindly ask you to carefully review our privacy policy and acquaint yourself with its content.

1.4 Please note that this privacy policy relates to processing of personal data for which Arise is the controller. This means that we are responsible for the processing of your personal data. It also means that you should turn to us with questions or remarks, or if you wish to enforce any of your rights in relation to our processing of your personal data.

2. Personal data processed

2.1 We may process the following personal data that may relate to you as contact person for a contractor or supplier we engage:

(a) Name, telephone number, e-mail address and postal address.

2.2 In addition to what stated above in 2.1, we may process the following personal data related to you as a customer or if you operate contractor or supplier operations for us as a sole trader or private individual:

2.3 We may process the following personal data that may relate to you as contact person for our customers:

(c) Name, telephone number, e-mail address and postal address.

2.4 We may process the following personal data that may relate to you if you contact us via, or order financial information from, our website, such as interim reports or annual reports:

(d) Name, telephone number, e-mail address and postal address.

2.5 We may process the following personal data that may relate to you as a subscriber to our newsletter:

2.6 We may process the following personal data that may relate to you as a landowner:

(f) Name, personal identity number, telephone number, e-mail address, property unit designation and postal address.

(g) Account number.

2.7 We may process the following personal data that may relate to you as a website visitor:

(h) Type of browser.

(i) IP-address.

(j) Internet Service Provider’s domain name.

(k) Which pages you have visited on the website and when you visited them.

2.8 The processing of personal data stated above in (h) – (k) is made by the use of cookies. For more information about the handling of cookies, see our policy.

3. Purposes of the processing and legal bases

3.1 We process your personal data under (a) above for the purpose, and based on our legitimate interest, of administrating our relationships with contractors and suppliers.

3.2 We process your personal data under (b) above to fulfil the agreement with you as a sole trader or private individual and to safeguard our right under the said paragraph.

3.3 We process your personal data under (c) above for the purpose, and based on our legitimate interest, of managing continuous contact with our customers.

3.4 We process your personal data under (d)–(e) above for the purpose of sending financial information or newsletters, sending notifications or providing feedback to you. The processing is conducted pursuant to your consent.

3.5 We process your personal data under (f)–(g) above for the purpose of administering and managing the agreement relationship with the landowner, contact in various questions and financial administration. The processing is conducted based on the legal basis to perform and fulfil the agreement with you.

3.6 We process your personal data under (h) – (k) above for the purpose, and based on our legitimate interest, of giving you access to the website, maintaining the quality of the website, and analysing how the website is being used to direct improvement efforts. This data is also processed for the purpose, and based on our legitimate interest, of collecting statistics and for reporting purposes. 4. Storage of personal data

4.1 We store your personal data as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of the processing.

4.2 We store your personal data in accordance with paragraph (a) above for as long as you hold the position of contact person for our contractor or supplier. If we are informed that you have left your position as contact person for our contractor or supplier, we will only retain such personal data as we are obliged by law to keep or that we require in the continued business relationship.

4.3 We store your personal data in accordance with paragraph (b) above during the term of the contract and for as long as necessary to administer the agreement. Thereafter, we retain personal data that we are obliged by law to keep or that we require to safeguard our right under the agreement.

4.4 We store your personal data in accordance with paragraph (c) above for as long as you hold the position of contact person for our customer. If we are informed that you have left your position as contact person for our customer, we will only retain such personal data as we are obliged by law to keep or that we require in the continued business relationship.

4.5 We store your personal data in accordance with paragraph (d) until the financial information has been delivered to you or until we have dealt with the matter you contacted us about. Your personal data in accordance with paragraph (e) above is stored until you withdraw your consent by ending your subscription.

4.6 We process your personal data under (f)–(g) for the period we are obliged to make lease payments to you, and up to ten years thereafter.

4.8 If your personal data is no longer necessary for us in order to fulfil the purpose of the processing, or if the processing for any other reason is no longer allowed, the data will be anonymized or deleted.

5. Recipients

5.1 We may disclose your personal data to our processors, for example companies that work with invoice administration or IT and cloud services. In such cases, a processor agreement is entered into that ensures that your personal data is solely processed in line with this privacy policy.

5.2 Arise undertakes to transfer or process data outside the EU/EEA only when such transfer or processing is lawful under Articles 45-47 of the General Data Protection Regulation. 5.3 Personal data may also be disclosed if we are obliged to do so arising from a judgment of a court or if we receive your consent to such disclosure.

6. Your rights

6.1 You have the right to receive confirmation on whether or not we process personal data concerning you, and in such cases get access to such personal data and also information regarding the personal data and how we process it.

6.2 You have the right to have inaccurate personal data that concerns you rectified by us without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you also have the right in certain cases to have incomplete personal data completed.

6.3 In certain circumstances, you have the right to have your personal data erased by us, for example if the personal data is no longer required to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or if the personal data has been unlawfully processed. 

6.4 If our processing is based on your consent, you may at any time withdraw your consent by contacting us. If you withdraw your consent, we no longer have the right to perform this processing. 

6.5 In some circumstances you have the right to obtain restriction of the processing of your personal data. For example if you contest the accuracy of the personal data, you can also require that we restrict the processing of your personal data for such a period that enables us to verify the accuracy of the personal data.

6.6 You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data that is conducted on the basis of Arise’s legitimate interest. In such an event, we must demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms for the continued processing.

6.7 You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data when the processing is conducted for direct marketing purposes. Following such an objection, we will no longer process your personal data for this purpose.

6.8 Under certain circumstances, you have the right to receive the personal data you have submitted to us that concerns you provided in a commonly used electronic form. You have the right to transfer such information to another controller (data portability).

6.9 Please contact us if you have views on our processing of your personal data. You also have the right to complain on the processing of your personal data by lodging a complaint to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Sw. Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten).

7. Additions and amendments

We may make additions or amendments to this privacy policy. If we do so, we will publish the amended policy to our website. In such case, we kindly ask you to carefully review the updated privacy policy.
