Mombyåsen wind farm is developed by Arise and is located about 24km northwest of Sandviken in Gävleborg County. The area consists mainly of forest. The wind farm consists of 10 wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 33.0 MW. The grid connection is made through underground cable to the on-site substation.
