Oxhult

Oxhult

Oxhult wind farm is owned and has been developed by Arise and is located about 3 km northwest of Hishult in Laholm Municipality, Halland County. The area consists mostly of forest land and the nearest buildings are at Dansbygget and Oxhult.

Oxhult consists of 12 wind turbines and is estimated to produce an average of 56.8 GWh per year, which corresponds to the annual household electricity consumption of approximately 11,000 houses. The grid connection is made through underground cable to the substation in Knäred. Arise is responsible for the technical, financial and commercial management of the wind farm.

Kåphult wind farm is close to Oxhult, which is also owned and managed by Arise. The wind farms share some infrastructure, which enables efficient coordination of grid connection and operation.
