Choose the right channel for your concern

We offer two ways to share feedback or report concerns, depending on the nature of your issue.

Our Grievance Mechanism is intended for comments, feedback, or complaints related to our projects and operations, while our Whistleblowing Channel is designed for reporting suspected misconduct or serious irregularities.

Both channels help us act responsibly, identify potential risks, and continuously improve our operations.

Grievance Mechanism

Our complaints mechanism is designed to assist individuals, communities, and companies who have feedback or complaints related to our operational projects or projects under construction. Arise takes all feedback seriously and aims to acknowledge and address it promptly.

A complaint is a formal expression of dissatisfaction directed to or concerning Arise, for example in relation to our construction activities, operations, or employees. Everyone has the right to submit feedback, and we ensure that all matters are handled with respect, impartiality, and efficiency.

For feedback or complaints relating to projects under development, please refer to the relevant project page, where contact details and forms are available.

We aim to provide an initial response within five working days of receiving your submission.

Whistleblowing

Our whistleblowing channel is available for employees, consultants, suppliers, and others who work for or represent Arise to report suspected misconduct or serious irregularities in a secure and confidential manner.

The channel is intended for raising concerns about serious matters such as accounting or auditing irregularities, internal control failures, bribery, banking or financial crimes, or other serious misconduct affecting the vital interests of Arise or an individual’s life or health – for example, serious environmental offences, major workplace safety deficiencies, or severe cases of discrimination or harassment.

If your matter instead concerns feedback or complaints related to our projects, operations, or employees, please use our complaints mechanism.

All reports are handled confidentially, and you may choose to remain anonymous. Arise ensures that no one suffers any negative consequences for reporting a concern in good faith.
